To kick off its new Chef’s Table dining option at the Unorthodox Harvest Restaurant, Seminole Casino Coconut Stream is bringing in something called Dinner in the Sky on Dec. 5 and 6. Twenty-two guests are strapped into leather seats that environment a dining table. A crane then lifts the entire table up 180 feet.
